BEHIND THE NUMBERS
This scenario applies the stated share prices and conversion assumptions to your chosen amount. The result is a hypothetical value, not a completed transaction.
Series F-1 converts directly to Class A at 1:1. Reviewed as-reported units through the selected endpoint; no additional split is applied.
Calculation: amount ÷ reviewed preferred issuance price × assumed conversion factor × IPO offering price.

Published price precision is retained in calculations. A filing snapshot is not necessarily the investment date. These selected companies and stages do not represent typical private-market results; investments can lose their entire value.

WHEN YOU WANT TO GO DEEPER
The reviewed Series F-1 issuance price exceeds the IPO offer price on the supported one-for-one share basis.
$34.00 per share at the historical IPO offering. An offer-price mark is not an executed sale. You can also enter a public price within the reviewed date window.
Your amount is hypothetical. The evidence does not establish your investment minimum, eligibility or ability to sell.

Reddit’s product brings people together around shared interests. Its reviewed financing example also makes an important investment distinction: a recognizable platform can reach the public market below the price of a particular private round.

Each row applies that series’ reviewed split and conversion treatment. No sale, fees or taxes are assumed.
This example is a selected price mark, not evidence that investors sold at a loss. Selling eligibility and the eventual sale date can change the outcome.

Series F-1 has a reviewed direct Class A conversion and a sourced year-end closing price. Actual investment access and sale proceeds are unknown.
Additional rounds need their own issuance evidence, share-basis review and conversion terms before they can become calculator choices.
Reddit provides a counterexample to the idea that every pre-IPO investment wins. The reviewed Series F-1 issuance price is $61.79 per preferred share. The IPO offer price is $34 per Class A common share, with a reviewed one-for-one conversion for this series.
At that offer-price endpoint, the hypothetical share-equivalent value is below the original amount. The December 2023 date belongs to the historical table; it is not an assumed investment date. We model Series F-1 only because the other preferred series have a different class mapping.
The linked public-market journey lets you compare this IPO mark with a separately sourced later closing-price observation. Changing the endpoint changes the marked outcome, but does not establish when a private investor was able to sell.

Yes. In this reviewed example, the IPO offer price is below the Series F-1 issuance price on the modeled one-for-one basis. An IPO itself does not guarantee a profitable exit.
No. This is an offer-price mark. Realized results depend on the actual security, costs, selling eligibility, sale date and execution price.
The reviewed evidence maps Series F-1 directly to Class A common shares. Other preferred series map to Class B, so they are not included in this enabled path.
Added an optional entered public share price, with reviewed conversions, splits and a company-specific date window.
