The tools can search public company research, retrieve evidence and run supported hypothetical calculations. They have no access to saved research, owner analytics or accounts, and cannot buy, sell or change anything.

Company files: /data/companies/{company-id}.json, .csv or .md. JSON includes calculation_options, sources and review dates. Monetary values remain strings to retain published precision. Missing data remains missing.
Amounts and prices are decimal strings in USD. The tools require approved model IDs or explicit user assumptions; they do not look up current market prices. Private-price scenarios require two comparable prices, dates, a security description and confirmation of the unit basis. Later public-price dates require an explicit unchanged-share-basis assumption.
MCP uses JSON-RPC 2.0 over stateless HTTPS POST, protocol version 2025-06-18. Negotiate using initialize; list tools with tools/list. Send Content-Type: application/json and Accept: application/json, text/event-stream. GET streaming and persistent sessions are not offered. Request bodies are limited to 32 KiB.
Public feed and successful tool requests are counted separately from visitor sessions. Calculation inputs and search terms are not stored in those counters. Privacy details.
